Packages travel by express courier which guarantees shipments in 5 working days throughout Italy (times are longer for the islands) and within 10 days in Europe.
Delivery times may vary due to force majeure: Verde Vivace Società Semplice is not responsible for couriers’ delays, but offers telephone assistance for any type of problem.
MULTIPLE PURCHASES: it is possible to make multiple purchases with a single shipment. However, the automatic calculation system is not able to estimate the total weight / volume of the package and could generate an incorrect rate. In both cases, we invite you to contact us to evaluate the rate accurately.
Procedure in the event of a damaged package:
In case of a damaged, opened or visibly tampered package, do the following: It’s IMPORTANT to accept the package with reserve (note on the transport document the words “damaged package, you accept subject to control of the contents”).
In the absence of the reserve, we do not have the possibility to replace the package. If the content is actually damaged, immediately report the problem to our. offices: we will replace the package as quickly as possible.
