We love recipes that are fast and easy to make. Again the key of this insanely delicious recipe is extra virgin olive oil. Hot tip: don’t limit yourself to just using this pesto with pasta! Enjoy it on top of most anything, use it as a dip, spread in on a toast, spoon it in your mouth! You’ll thank us later.


125 g Rucola
70 g cheese (Granda Padano, Parmesan, Pecorino)
70 g pine nuts/almonds/nuts
180 ml Verde Vivace Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 clove of garlic (optional)
juice of half a lemon
salt, pepper

1. Toast the pine nuts (or whatever nuts you choose to use) gently on a pan, until they start to smell really good.

2. Grate the cheese.

3. Dump everything in blender and blend away!
